Proposed By Law Changes
To summarize, there are three proposed changes to the bylaws.
1. Changing the name of the club from Fidalgo Chapter, Puget Sound Anglers to Fidalgo - San Juan Islands Chapter, Puget Sound Anglers.
2. Deleting the word monthly in Section 3. This allows us to hold meetings other than monthly if approved by the membership or the board of directors.
3. Changing how the by laws are modified. Presently there is a requirement that every member receive written notice 10 days prior to a by law change. This change facilitates the use of e-mails for notification purposes rather than using written notices.
